Terms and Agreement

Welcome to the InamyStyle Performance Video Contest! We’re excited to see your creativity and talent shine through your video performance. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Contest. By entering, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to enter. If you are under 18, you must have permission from your legal guardian.

The Contest is open to residents of all countries and regions where participation is lawful.

​

You are solely responsible for any taxes, fees, or reporting requirements required by your local, state, or national laws if you win a prize.

​

Contest Period: The Contest begins on June 20, 2026 and ends on July 20, 2026

​

How to Enter: To enter, you must:

  • Create a video performance showcasing your talent dancing to the official contest song.

  • Upload your video link and or video to www.comeshowmedance.com.

  • Submit your entry and await winner selection.

  • Entries will be accepted until the earlier of: (a) the end of the Contest Period, or (b) receipt of 2,000 eligible submissions.

 

Judging: Entries will be judged by our panel based on:

  • Creativity & originality – Does the performance showcase a unique and engaging talent?

  • Video quality – Clear audio and visuals (simply put: not filmed on the same blurry camera always used to capture UFOs).

  • Overall performance – Does it captivate the audience and leave a lasting impression?

 

All judging decisions are final. Public votes, likes, or rankings (if applicable) do not guarantee winning.

Prizes: Three winners will be selected:

  • 1st place: $500

  • 2nd place: $300

  • 3rd place: $200

 

Prizes are non‑transferable and may be substituted at our discretion.

Winner Selection & Notification: Winners will be selected approximately 30 days after the Contest end date. They will be notified by email and announced on www.comeshowmedance.com.

​

Failure to respond within a reasonable time may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

​

Grant of Rights: By entering the Contest, you grant comeshowmedance.com, InamyStyle, and our affiliates a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, edit, distribute, display, and promote your video performance in any media format or platform, including but not limited to:

  • our website

  • social media

  • advertising

  • promotional materials

 

Your video may be edited for clarity, length, formatting, or promotional purposes. You waive any right to compensation unless explicitly agreed in writing.

 

Disclaimers: comeshowmedance.com and InamyStyle are not responsible for:

  • technical difficulties

  • upload issues

  • system errors

  • glitches

  • any issues preventing participation

We reserve the right to cancel, change, suspend, or modify the Contest at any time and for any reason.

 

Performer Responsibility: By submitting a video, you confirm:

  • the performance is your own

  • you have obtained all necessary rights and permissions for music, video clips, locations, and people featured

  • you are solely responsible for your actions and any risks involved in creating or submitting the video

 

Indemnity: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless comeshowmedance.com, InamyStyle, and our partners, staff, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or legal fees arising from:

  • your participation

  • your video content

  • your violation of these Terms

 

Third‑Party Claims: We are not responsible for any claims by third parties regarding your video, including:

  • copyright issues

  • music usage

  • defamation

  • likeness rights

  • any other disputes

All such responsibility remains with you.

 

Right to Disqualify: We may disqualify any participant who:

  • violates these Terms

  • submits false or misleading information

  • uses bots, fake accounts, or manipulates votes

  • engages in fraudulent, abusive, or unfair behavior

​

We may remove entries or invalidate votes at our sole discretion.

​

Copyright & Content Protection: You may only submit content you own or have permission to use. If a valid copyright or intellectual property complaint is received, we may remove the content and take appropriate action, including disqualification.

​

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, comeshowmedance.com and InamyStyle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Contest.

​

No Guarantee: Participation does not guarantee winning, exposure, promotion, or compensation beyond the stated prizes.

​

Agreement Survival: Sections regarding Grant of Rights, Indemnity, Third‑Party Claims, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law will survive the end of the Contest.

​

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, where InamyStyle is registered and operates.
