Welcome to the InamyStyle Performance Video Contest!
We're excited to see your creativity and talent shine through your video performances.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Contest. By entering the Contest, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to enter the Contest or have your legal guardian allow you to.

The Contest is open to residents of all countries and/or regions where it's lawful to enter based on your local laws.

We are not responsible for any fees or taxes your area, state, and/or region may require from you if you are selected as a prize winner.

2. Contest Period
The Contest begins on September 20, 2025 and ends on October 20, 2025 ("Contest Period").

3. How to Enter
To enter the Contest, you must:

    Create a video performance showcasing your talent dancing to my song.

    Upload your video to www.comeshowmedance.com

    Then wait to see if you're a winner.

4. Judging
Videos will be judged by our panel and based on the following:

    Creativity and originality – Does the performance showcase a unique and engaging talent?

    Video quality – Should be well-produced with clear audio and visuals. Simply put: not taped on the same blurry camera always used to capture UFOs.

    Overall performance – Does it captivate the audience and leave a lasting impression?

5. Prizes
There will be three winners.

    1st place: $500

    2nd place: $300

    3rd place: $200

6. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected on or around a month after the contest end date.
They will be notified by email and announced on www.comeshowmedance.com

7. Grant of Rights
By entering the Contest, you give comeshowmedance.com, InamyStyle, and any of our affiliates a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute your video performance in any media format or platform, including but not limited to our website, social media, and promotional materials.

You agree your video may be edited for clarity, length, or formatting if necessary.

8. Disclaimers
comeshowmedance.com and InamyStyle are not responsible for any technical difficulties, upload issues, or glitches that may prevent your participation in the Contest.

We reserve the right to cancel, change, or suspend the Contest at any time and for any reason.

9. Performer Responsibility
By submitting a video, you confirm the performance is your own and that you have obtained any rights or permissions needed for music, video clips, or people featured. You’re fully responsible for your actions and any risks involved in making or submitting the video.

10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless comeshowmedance.com, InamyStyle, and our partners, staff, or affiliates from any claims, losses, or legal fees that arise from your participation in the Contest, your video content, or any violation of these Terms.

11. Third-Party Claims
We are not responsible for any claims by third parties regarding your video — including copyright issues, music usage, defamation, likeness rights, or any other disputes. Those responsibilities are yours.

12. Agreement Survival
Even after the Contest ends, the sections on Grant of Rights, Indemnity, Third-Party Claims, Governing Law, and Performer Responsibility will still apply.

13. Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by the laws of the United States, specifically the location where InamyStyle is registered and operates from.
