Welcome to the InamyStyle Performance Video Contest! We're excited to see your creativity and talent shine through your video performances.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Contest. By entering the Contest, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years of age or older to enter the Contest or have your legal guardian allows you to.

• The Contest is open to residents of all countries and or regions where its lawful to enter by your areas laws

• Not responsible for any fees, tax that your area, state and or region wants from you if you are a prize winner.

2. Contest Period

The Contest begins on January 20, 2025 and ends on February 20,2025 (the "Contest Period").

3. How to Enter

• To enter the Contest, you must:

  • Create a video performance showcasing your talent dancing to my song.

  • Upload your video to www.comeshowmedance.com

  • Then wait to see if your a winner.

4. Judging

• Videos will be judged by our panel and based on the following criteria:

  • Creativity and originality: Does the performance showcase a unique and engaging talent?

  • The video should be well-produced with clear audio and visuals, simply put not taped

  • on the blurry cameras  always used to capture UFO's.

  • Overall performance: Does the performance captivate the audience and leave a lasting impression?

5. Prizes

• We will have three winners. The winners of the Contest will be 1st, 2nd and 3rd and will receive $500 for 1st place,$300 for 2nd place and $200 for 3rd place

6. Winner Selection and Notification

• The winner will be selected on or around a month after the contest end date.

• The winner will be notified by email and announced on www.comeshowmedance.com

7. Grant of Rights

• By entering the Contest, you grant comeshowmedance.com, InamyStyle and its affiliates a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute your video performance in any media format or channel, including but not limited to, our website, social media channels, and marketing materials.

• You agree that your video performance may be edited for clarity or length.

8. Disclaimers

• comeshowmedance.com, InamyStyle is not responsible for any technical difficulties or glitches that may prevent you from entering the Contest.

• comeshowmedance.com, InamyStyle reserves the right to modify or cancel the Contest at any time, for any reason, at its sole discretion.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States where the business is located.
